I am excited to finally bring to you New Frontier Living online magazine as a blog format in 2019!

With 45 years experience and education to my credits, I am confident we will have active
participation in fostering solutions to many problems to be solved in today's climate.  What a
challenging design project!

Knowledge is power. We have been hearing that forever and it continues to be highly important to be in the know of current trends, new products for design solutions and innovative ideas to consider helping us make better choices with our time and money.

FYI.......My work experience has included custom residential interior design, design/build project management, journalism, teaching Interior Design at CSU and Colorado Institute of Art, retail design and product design (Made In America souvenirs to resorts throughout the USA), and lead designer for a high end elk hunting ranch.  And more.......

Colorado technical University - graduate studies in MBA Project Management
University of Colorado at Denver - graduate studies in Policy Process, Communications
Colorado State University -- BS Consumer Sciences & Housing/Design 1975
Northwest Missouri State University - Studied Home Economics
My professional affiliations have included:
NCIDQ 1979 -(National Council for Interior Design Certification)
ASID - 1979-2003 Professional member (American Society of Interior Designers)

I have many other projects to my credit including design and building of a family cabin with a tight budget that has successfully turned into a highly profitable VRBO retreat, 11 years of caregiving for senior family members that has been an eye opener to say the least and all have concluded in where I am today.

I have many stories so stay tuned as I have lots to share! I am looking forward to the feedback available through this blog format so here we go! New Frontiers in how we live will be fun to explore! Below are features of some great products from building systems housing that provide great solutions for design and availability. Other blogs are everything from commentaries to interesting building products you might not have considered.

Enjoy and please participate!
